Sarah followed a circuitous route to SGL Wealth Management and Gainesville, GA, but it is a journey that prepared her well for her position within the team. And now that she has settled in, Sarah believes she has found more than just a job but a real home – one where she can provide very real assistance to clients and co-workers alike.

Born in Paraguay, Sarah was adopted by her mom in Alabama, and it was in the Capstone State where she – like so many Alabamians – nurtured a love of football. In fact, she’s even married to a football coach, Deon, who now coaches at a northeast Georgia high school. Sarah watches and loves all levels of the sport, from prep, to college, to the pros. But as much as she loves the gridiron, she loves helping others even more, which is why she is the perfect fit for the team at SGL, where she stars in multiple roles, providing help wherever she is needed.

Upon joining the group in June 2022, Sarah immediately displayed her talents in supporting SGL’s staff, stepping in to help sort clerical tasks and serve as a liaison between clients and advisors. After years spent as a retail manager sales rep in her prior professional pursuits it proved an easy transition following two years of life as a stay-at-home mom to daughter Aubrey Adele.

It’s not all football all the time in the Williams household, which also includes family dog Oliver, whom Sarah loves taking along on beach trips. Sarah graduated from the University of Alabama, where she majored in both dance and pre-physical therapy. Her love for performance arts also extends to attending Broadway shows and even teaching dance to younger generations. Dance even led her to a job managing a retail outlet and, eventually a sales position with Capezio, where she was responsible for the states of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. When the COVID-19 pandemic halted her job, Sarah turned her attentions to Aubrey. But when she moved east to take on a new challenge, she decided it was time for her to find a new professional team as well – and SGL is thrilled that she made that decision.
